THE 10 WEEK PLAN On line, quick, easy and effective ways to make changes to your diet to achieve the body you have always dreamed of. 6 simple steps: STEP 1 E-mail to receive your 3 day food lay out chart. This chart will be filled in by yourself with all the foods and drinks you consume in a day and the time you have them. An additional measurement chart will be sent. Measuring and recording your status at the start of the 10 weeks will show you how much your body has altered, for the better. STEP 2 E-mail these sheets back to me. STEP 3 You will then receive these sheets back, with simple to understand advice, changes and alternatives, to help you achieve your goal faster. STEP 4 You will then have 4 weeks to put these changes into effect. Now you’re at week 5 STEP 5 Another set of food diaries will be sent to you. Again fill them in, send them back and you will receive an updated assessment of your eating habits, maybe a few more changes need to be made, what ever it might be you will then have the advice and tools to make those changes. At this point retake your stats- this will motivate you, once you see the changes you will want to push toward for the next 5 weeks to see how many more changes can be made. Once you have received your updated eating plan, you then have 5 weeks to put these changes into effect. STEP 6 and its WEEK 10 At this point a final stats sheet will be sent to you, fill it in, send it back and you will receive a final assessment, outlining all the changes that have been made, how your body structure has changed, but best of all you will be able to see for yourself that these changes were worth while.
