Peter Eyre
Owner of Elite Fitness Studio
My name is Peter Eyre, I am a fully qualified personal trainer and the owner of Elite Fitness Studio.
I have been working in the fitness industry for over 9 years now, working within large fitness chains such as Bannatynes and fFitness First before taking ownership of elite fitness.
Specialist areas
My two areas of specialty are muscle tone/definition and dietary requirements.
Toning and definition
One of the most under rated parts of fitness, health and general well being,
is the importance of a strong muscular structure.
I help to focus my clients training towards achieving a balanced physic, helping them to overcome any muscular inbalances, stabilising muscles/joints after prolonged injury and shaping/toning muscles to create that perfect balance.

You Are What You Eat
We read this statement everywhere but its very true. You put rubbish in and you will feel like rubbish. Eating a balanced diet wont just help to drop some unwanted lb's, its going to give you more energy, reduce bloatedness and power you through anything you might throw at your body.

BECKY VERRALL
Hello my name’s Becky Verrall and I have been working at Elite since November 2011.
I have an NVQ level 2 in Instructing Fitness, and am currently working towards my BTEC level 3 in Sport and Exercise to Music Instructor level 2. I hope in the future to gain an NVQ level 3 Personal Trainer and a degree in Sport and Exercise Science.
My real passion within sport and fitness is playing Netball. I have been playing for 10 years, and currently play Goal Defence every week for a team in the local league.
I have learnt a lot since joining Elite, and I still believe there is so much more to learn. I enjoy taking clients through inductions and writing programs for them, adapting ones I know to fit their needs and goals, whether it is to lose weight, tone or build muscle or so much more.
SAM BOYCE
Hello my name is Sam and I am the newest member of the Elite Fitness team.
I have an A level in sports science and a NVQ level 2 in fitness and exercise. I am currently working on completing my level 3 personal training qualification which I will complete in early spring 2012.
My passions are playing rugby for Thanet Wanders and medium/long distance road cycling. Over the last 7 years in have played multiple sports at county level so have a true understanding of desire, ambition and achievement.
Since working for elite fitness I have been able to adapt clients programs to help them focus more on their core strength, exercise techniques and endurance. All keys areas I truly believe are focal points to any sportsman.
