Nathan Dyas 

I’m Nathan and I am currently a personal trainer at Elite Fitness Studio working with clients to design specific programs for their individual needs and help them get to their fitness goals.

 

I have been training in the gym myself for over 8 years as I started off needing to lose weight but now my goal is to increase lean muscle growth and maintain my fitness levels.

I will soon be studying a GP referral course that will enable me to work with doctors/hospitals in giving specialist training sessions and as well as  a lower back pain specialist course so that I can work with a wider variety of clients.

 

Earlier in 2016 my client Lara and I participated in the local 5K colour run set up to raise money for the Pilgrim’s Hospice. I have been training with Lara since April 2016 and one of her goals was to improve her cardiovascular fitness and running ability,

Running 5K was a big achievement for her and we are set to participate in other charity runs next year.
