If you feel that you need that little extra help in fine tuning your eating habits, a full nutritional evaluation and recommended eating structure can be developed.


This involved filling out a food diary for up to 3 days. This information can then be assessed to workout how many calories you are consuming and of what sources, i.e. protein, carbohydrates (complex and sugars)

and fats (saturated and unsaturated)


Formulas will then be developed to calculate how many calories and of what ratios you require for your specific goal. Suggestions and guidance will be made in how to change your eating habits for the better. Whilst killing those age old myths
